ESPRESSO MARTINIS
Doberman Drawing Room pours two espresso cocktails on the Symphony menu, now in its fourth edition and created by bar director Juyoung Kang. Reposado tequila, espresso, vanilla, spices, orange and bitters. A carajillo in the Symphony style, paired with Benjamin Britten’s “In Freezing Winter Night.”
INVERNO, ZERO PROOF
Lyre’s Coffee Originale and Italian Orange, espresso and chocolate, clarified. The menu’s espresso martini without the alcohol, paired with Vivaldi’s “Winter.”
