Signature Weekly Events
* ‘Backgammon &’ (Mondays): Our classic Monday Game Night features an eclectic mix of tabletop favorites, including Backgammon, Chess, and Uno. Recently, we’ve seen a fervent demand for Mahjong, drawing both enthusiastic amateurs and seasoned professionals.
* ‘Keys To Doberman’ (Wednesdays): Soften the midweek mayhem with our cabaret trio night led by pianist Spadoni. Featuring rotating themes and heartfelt tributes, the trio reimagines iconic songs, creating a fresh world of musical appreciation for our guests.
* ‘Bohemian Groove’ (Saturdays): Saturday brings a surge of energy to match our neighborhood’s culture-dense crowd. Our hidden DJ booth rolls up its window to pump out a worldly selection of house, funk, and disco, inspiring literal rug-cutting right in the Doberman’s Grand Atrium.
* ‘Sunday Sessions’: The perfect way to cap off the week. This singer-centric night features sultry tunes and spotlights phenomenal vocal talent.

* ‘Tub Club’ (Select Mondays): Quickly becoming the talk of the town, this night is spearheaded by Raquel Reed (Jiggle Room, Sin City Burlesque). Awash in vintage allure and sex appeal, the evening is driven by a stable of traveling burlesque performers and vocalists. The teasing performances culminate in a mesmerizing glitter bath where "all things" can be seen.
* ‘Magic In The Blue Room’ (Select Tuesdays): Hosted by magician Chris Workman. The master of sleight of hand comes tableside to challenge your psyche, paired perfectly with a curated martini menu designed to leave your taste buds equally in awe.
* ‘Madame Society’ (Weekly Thursdays): Honoring the ladies of Las Vegas with complimentary champagne and pocket-friendly pours. It might be a man’s world, but it’s nothing without a woman—so we treat her right.

* Monthly Fashion Events: Dressing up is half the fun. Layered with curated tastings and exclusive cocktails by master mixologist Juyoung Kang, Doberman is the ultimate room to execute a theme. Following our tropical “Birds Of Paradise” soiree and our 250th-anniversary “Star Spangled Manor,” our upcoming “Rock The Disco” ventures into 70s Psychedelic Rock (with live music by local heroes Soft Echo) and Italo Disco (spun on vinyl by DJ Night Weapons). * SERVICE. (Select Quarterly Dates): A night dedicated to the authentic tastemakers and selectors of the house music scene. Following a launch that featured Mark Farina’s indulgent and rare “Mushroom Jazz” set, the series continues with Miguel Migs, the maestro of deep house. The Grand Atrium transforms into a sanctuary of movement, dance, and connection for those in the know.
* The Beverly's Theater Collaboration: A highly anticipated partnership is on the eve of its announcement. Beverly's Theater’s searing dedication to great art-house cinema shines brightly with their upcoming screening of Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel. This collides beautifully with Doberman’s tribute to the director via an unexpected medium: our new “Meeting Wes Anderson” cocktail menu.
